Getting a copy of your data
What's in the export, and what can't be in it.
You can download everything we hold against your account from your account settings. It arrives as a data file rather than a document — it's meant to be complete, not pretty.
What's included
Your profile, your reviews and ratings, saved churches, visits you planned, churches you submitted, claims you made, suggestions you sent, notifications, donations, connected sign-in accounts (with tokens removed), and support requests you sent while signed in — including our replies.
What isn't
Support messages you sent without being signed in. Those are matched to your email address rather than your account, so an account-based export can't find them. If you need a copy of those, ask us from the address you used and we'll get them to you.
Some identifiers are deliberately redacted — sign-in tokens, and the correlation ids in analytics records. They identify a session or a device rather than telling you anything about yourself, and exporting them would be a security risk without being useful.
Deleting instead
Downloading and deleting are separate. See Deleting your account.
